I’ve been getting a ton of questions about how to do a SARMs stack lately, so I figured I’d put all of my experience and knowledge into an article.
People keep asking me… What’s the best SARMs stack? What’s the best stack for bulking? What about for cutting? Well, I’ve got your answers here.
In this article, I’ll be showing pictures of my SARMs stack results, and explaining what the best stacks are for bulking & cutting.
It’s all from experience, too. This isn’t some bullshit armchair bro-science. I’ve actually tested this shit myself. So, with that in mind, let’s get to it.
Put simply, a SARMs stack is when you take multiple SARMs at once, to achieve even better results than you could get from just one.
If you haven’t read my ultimate guide to SARMs be sure to check that article out before we continue, because it has extremely valuable information.
Anyways, just taking one SARM can yield incredible muscle gains and fat loss. If you stack multiple SARMs however, your results will be insane.
Different SARMs have slightly different effects on the body, so when you stack them, you can gain the benefits of each SARM you take.
If you’re a beginner, it’s probably best to start with a cycle of a very well-tested and well-research SARM, like Ostarine (MK-2866) for example.
If you’re more advanced with SARMs however (such as I am), then definitely consider going on some of the stronger stacks.
My very first SARMs stack was a combination of Ostarine, Ligandrol, and Cardarine. I documented my full SARMs before and after results here as well, if you want to read the full report.

I did this stack for 90 days (12 weeks) and then followed it up with a post cycle therapy, which I discuss in my ultimate guide to SARMs PCT.
The reason I recommend this stack for beginners, is because all three of these SARMs are very well tested and have shown to be very safe.
All in all, I ended up gaining 18 pounds of muscle and losing 7 pounds of body fat in just 3 months from this SARMs stack, which is pretty impressive.
I noticed an increase in strength within just a few days, and the increase became very noticeable within 1-2 weeks of use.
Overall, this is a great SARMs stack for beginners, because it isn’t as strong as something like RAD 140, and won’t cause any serious side effects.
The results above were from a SARMs bulking stack that I did, comprised of Testolone (RAD 140) and Ostarine (MK-2866) for just 30 days.
Pretty damn impressive, isn’t it? I was shocked at the results myself, especially because I not only gained muscle mass, but lost fat, too.

That being said, let me give you a quick summary of what happened when I was on a 4 week cycle of this bulking/recomposition SARM stack.
In just 30 days, I managed to completely transform my body. I packed on around 10 pounds of muscle, and lost 4 pounds of fat.
That’s pretty crazy for just 30 days—I mean, imagine what could happen if you did a full stack of that shit for 60 days or even 90 days.
If you want to take things even further, you can buy the Rat’s Army Mass Stack, which has YK 11, RAD 140, and MK 677 in it (at a discount).
This is probably the strongest bulking SARMs stack in existence, because of the way that all these SARMs work synergistically when stacked together.
Personally as a hardgainer, I’ve never really had a hard time losing body fat—in fact, I’ve always found it easy as hell to do so.
That being said, I think the best SARMs stack for cutting would be:
You could also add some RAD 140 in the mix, although it isn’t technically used for cutting most of the time (it’s just really strong in general).
Ostarine, Cardarine, and Andarine are probably going to be your best bet for a cutting stack, because they’re all known to shred fat very well.
Even when I wasn’t doing a cutting stack, I was still able to shred pounds of fat off from my RAD 140 cycle (read this guide for more info).
I shred off 12 pounds of fat in 60 days, so if you do a full cutting SARMs stack, you can probably shred off twice as much from a 8-12 week cycle.
Again, I recommend you go with the Fat Loss Stack from Rat’s Army, because it’s already pre-dosed and measured out for you.
Just take one full dropper per day of each SARM, and that’s your cycle right there. No injections, no weird pills or potions, just one full dropper daily.
While I don’t recommend you build your own SARMs stack unless you’re experienced with taking SARMs, you can still do it if you want.
All you need to understand is what each SARM does, and the general dosages for each SARM—then you can make your own stack!
So, with that in mind, let me give you a quick rundown of each SARM, the dosages for each one, and what their overall benefits are. Let’s go.
In general, every SARM will help with both gaining muscle and losing fat, but depending on the SARM, they have a slightly different focus.

Like I said, every single SARM will help with muscle gain and fat loss, but they tend to have slightly different focuses depending on the SARM.
Do you see how easy it would be to make your own stack now? Just choose what you want to focus on, and add SARMs from that category.
Each SARM is going to have a minimum effective dosage and a maximum safe dosage. Definitely don’t go over the maximum safe dosage!
Here are the dosages shown to work in actual clinical studies, broken down and separated by category (muscle gain, fat loss, & both).
Myostine, or YK 11, is typically taken in dosages from 5mg to 15mg per day, although some users have reported taking as much as 30mg per day.
Testolone, or RAD 140, is most often taken in 15mg per day increments. That being said, I’ve personally taken 30mg per day, and ended up just fine.
Ibutamoren, or MK-677, is usually taken in dosages ranging from 20mg to 25mg per day, although studies have shown up to 50 milligrams is safe.
Cardarine is usually taken in dosages between 5mg and 10mg, but dosages as high as 20 milligrams daily have been shown to be safe in studies.
Stenabolic, or SR 9009, is usually taken in dosages ranging from 10mg to 20mg per day, although dosages as high as 30mg have shown to be safe.
Andarine, otherwise known as S4, is usually taken in dosages ranging from 25mg to 50mg, and anything more than this is not recommended.
Ostarine, otherwise known as MK 2866, is usually taken in dosages from 25mg to 50mg, and anything more than this is not recommended.
Ligandrol, otherwise known as LGD 4033, is usually taken in dosages ranging from 10mg to 20mg. More than this is not recommended.
All in all, stacking SARMs is a great way to achieve some incredible results, especially if you want to build muscle and lose fat rapidly.
If you want to build your own SARMs stack you can absolutely do so, but I’d just recommend going with the pre-made stacks from Rat’s Army.

If you're a beginner, I don't recommend you do a SARMs stack, because you want to assess your tolerance and see how your body responds to just one SARM at a time. That being said, you could try the Ostarine, Ligandrol, and Cardarine stack.
The best SARMs stack for bulking would easily be Testolone (RAD 140) combined with MK-677 and YK-11. Testolone is an incredibly powerful anabolic agent, MK-677 increases growth hormone, and YK-11 is a myostatin inhibitor, so they work very well together.
The best SARMs stack for cutting would probably be a combination of Ostarine (MK-2866), Cardarine (GW 501516), and Andarine (S4). Ostarine is more versatile, so it will help you preserve and gain muscle mass, whereas Cardarine and Andarine are more focused on helping you shred fat, while still retaining muscle mass in a caloric deficit.
