If you subscribe to my newsletter, you probably saw that I’ve been taking classes with an energetic coach out in Los Angeles.
Although the idea of “energetic work” may sound like hippie nonsense to a lot of men, it’s actually one of the most powerful things that I’ve ever learned.
The reason why is because it trains you to be able to see the underlying causes that are creating your life. Most men focus on the effects—they focus on the 10% that they can see, like their relationships, their income, and their health.
The 4th law of energy, which I’m going to teach you today, will actually allow you to see the 90%. It will allow you to see the underlying causes that are CREATING your life…and it will let you change them.
“What the Hell is Energetic Coaching?”
Let me first explain how I got into this stuff. So, as you guys know, I’m always trying to grow and learn new things—to stop expanding your mind and your life is to stagnate and die.
I’m always taking courses, seeking out mentors, and practicing different skill sets; this can be anything and everything, from learning game, to meditating (which I highly recommend every man do), to taking yoga or practicing a martial art.
So, when one of my mentors in pickup started getting RIDICULOUS success, I was a little bit curious…and when I say ridiculous, I literally mean ridiculous. Like, he would just walk up to girls and without saying a word, they would start making out with him.
Sound crazy? Yeah, I would think the same thing if I didn’t see it with my own eyes. Long story short, it turns out that he attributes most of his success to an energy coach out in LA. The guy is very wealthy; probably worth around 30 million, so he pays this energy coach hundreds of dollars an hour to coach him.
I can’t tell you this energy coach’s name, because he works with some very high end clients and he’s supposed to stay quiet about it, unless he wants People Magazine or something to find out and create a giant media shit storm over the celebrities he’s coaching.
Anyways, after pulling a few strings and getting connected with some people, I was actually able to get some coaching from this guy for free.
Energetic development, a very esoteric, specific part of self-development, is based around several core ideas and it’s sort of an amalgamation of the works of various spiritual teachers such as David Hawkins, scientists such as Bohr, and Eastern philosophies.
The basic premise of energy coaching, or energetic knowledge, is that the entire world is made up of energy. This isn’t some pseudo-science, this is just quantum mechanics.
Everything vibrates at a certain frequency—and, if you’ve read Power vs. Force (one of my top 5 spiritual books for men), you’ll know that each emotion is associated with a certain frequency.
I won’t get too in depth here, but basically negative emotions such as fear, anger, greed, anxiety, and hatred have a very low frequency. This is what we call “low vibration energy.”
Positive emotions, such as happiness, joy, peace, love, prosperity, and abundance have a very high frequency. This is what we call “high vibration energy.”
Thus, the goal of energetic development, is to help you to see the different vibrations of energy, and to understand the various laws of energy, so that you can have the life that you want.
As far as I’m aware, there’s around 7 or 8 energetic laws—maybe more. Today, however, I’m going to focus in on the fourth energetic law, because I believe that it will help you improve your life in the least amount of time.
The fourth energetic law is this: like attracts like.
It’s really that simple. If you have a lot of “high vibration energy” in your life, or happiness, success, prosperity, and wealth, you’ll generally attract more of it. As I’ve said before in other articles, this is why positive self-amplifying feedback loops are so powerful.
It’s why the rich get richer; their wealth and happiness naturally surrounds them with other people that have wealth and happiness, and they all help each other out with business ventures, advice, and other things. This then brings them even more wealth and happiness, which brings them even MORE wealth and happiness, ad infinitum.
Unfortunately, this is also why the poor tend to get poorer: if your life is filled with “low vibration energy,” such as anger, hatred, squalor, and disease, you’ll naturally attract more of that into your life.
Have you ever noticed that when you go out and try to learn game in a bad mood, you generally get bad reactions from women? This is the 4th law of energy in action.
This often times puts you into a negative spiral: you’re in a bad mood, which gets you bad reactions, which puts you into an even worse mood, which gets you even WORSE reactions, and so on and so forth.
Are you starting to see the power in these energetic laws? They all effect us; nobody is immune to them. And because most people don’t understand them, they’re ruled by them—but, if you understand them, you can use them to your advantage.
One more point before I move on: low vibration energy disguises itself in a pretty package. This is why most men succumb to it.
This can take the form of a beautiful girl with a bitchy personality, a high paying job that destroys your soul, or a friend that offers you good times initially, but is really using you. I’ll explain more in depth later.
Types of Energy
In reality, there’s an almost infinite number of frequencies, but for the sake of simplicity, we’ll distill it down to two general types of energy: low vibration and high vibration.
Remember: anything that’s high vibration, you want more of it in your life! You want to seek it out and bring it into your lifestyle. Anything that’s low vibration, you want to kick it the fuck out or it will cause you enormous pain.
This lens can be applied to nearly everything: women, friends, lifestyle, business pursuits, hobbies, passions, and interests.
Learn to look into each of these areas, and identify which things are low vibration and high vibration energy. Kick the low vibration energy things out, and do more of the high vibration energy things.
To clarify, low vibration energy generally has these characteristics:
Do you see the general point? For lack of a better term, it’s “evil.” It’s based around immoral, short-term pleasure and long term pain. High vibration energy, on the other hand, is based upon win-win situations, and helping others:
- Helping the world
- Lifting others up
Remember: you want to bring MORE of these things into your life, because this will naturally attract even more success. Start asking yourself: which parts of my life are high vibration, and which are low vibration?
If you learn to apply these lenses to the different areas of your life, you will see MASSIVE changes in just a few months. Here’s some in depth examples.
The 4th Law in Game
As I said before, the fourth energetic law of the universe is that like attracts like. This law has incredibly far reaching implications, but for now, let’s just focus on how it will help you and your sex life.
Say that you go out to the club in a really great mood—what are you most likely to attract from women? Positive emotions, good reactions, and eventually, sex. And if you’re in a bad mood? Well, you’ll get the opposite.
This is why it’s important to structure your life in a way that makes you permanently happy. This way, when you go out, you’ll naturally draw more positivity into your life.
That doesn’t mean, however, that if you’re depressed you shouldn’t go out and learn game—as I’ve said before, congruence is arguably the most important component of verbal game, if not all of game. But, just keep in mind that congruence PLUS positive emotions will take your game to a whole new level.
The real power of the 4th law of energy, however, comes into play when you choose your relationships. Most guys fall for the trap of a beautiful woman, with a HORRIBLE personality. This is low vibration energy disguising itself in a pretty package.
Sure, the beautiful woman with a horrible personality will give you some pleasure, but the pain she’ll give you in the long run is FAR MORE SEVERE. To be honest, I’d rather be with a cute girl who has a great personality. Here’s why.
Remember: like attracts like. So, if you’re in a relationship with a woman who’s very “low vibration,” she’s going to attract chaos, anger, and pain into your life. If you’re in a relationship with a woman who’s “high vibration,” she’s going to attract more love, success, and happiness into your life.
This is why it’s INCREDIBLY important to screen the women that you let into your life. Out of all of the girls that I fuck, I’m only interested in pursuing a relationship with maybe 5% of them. Again, they may get angry and say I’m a player, but do you know what?
I WANT to be in a relationship with them—but they’re rejecting THEMSELVES by being negative, bitchy, and mean. Do not let these types of women into your life, PERIOD. And if a woman constantly plays the victim card? Keep her the hell out of your life, too, because she’ll ultimately only draw more pain into your life.
The 4th Law in Business
In addition to heavily screening your women, you should also heavily screen your job. When you’re about to undertake a new business venture, or when you’re going to take on a new job, always ask yourself: “What type of energy does this job emit?”
Is it a job that will attract more happiness, pleasure, and success into your life? Then take it. If it’s one that will attract more pain, anger, and resentment into your life, then don’t.
The thing is though, as I said, sometimes it isn’t this simple—sometimes you’ll be offered a job that might pay a whole lot of money, but in the long run, it will only cause you pain. Let me give you an example.
Years ago, I was enticed by a sales job—it paid around $100 per hour. “Holy shit!” I thought. I snatched it up immediately, thinking that it would bring me more pleasure…and for a while, it did.
But after a month or so, I started to regret my decision. The work environment was extremely manipulative and unethical, the political correctness and social pressure was massive, and my boss was as vain as could be.
I recall severely injuring my left hand—I accidentally cut about 1.5″ deep into it, and severed 2 tendons and a nerve. Literally the DAY AFTER this happened, my boss told me to come into work. I had been in the emergency room until 3AM the night before, and was doped up on morphine waiting for emergency surgery…and she told me to come into work.
Needless to say, this job was disguised as a pretty package ($100/hour), but the emotional suffering and annoyances it caused me was not at all worth it.
What I should have done, before taking this job, was asked: “Is this job low or high vibration energy?” One simple conversation with the boss and employees there would have revealed that it was low vibration energy.
Again, this is just one of many examples of how following the 4th law of energy can save you a whole bunch of heartache. If a job or business venture is based out of any one of the following emotions, don’t take it:
The job may offer you a bunch of pleasure, but in the long term, it will only cause you suffering. It will draw more pain and negativity into your life, because you’ll be surrounded by others in this state of mind.
If, on the other hand, you take a job with high vibration characteristics, you’ll draw more success into your life:
- Helping the world
- Lifting others up
This is why, in part, a lot of billion dollar companies make it so big. Companies like Tesla, Google, Apple, and Nike all enter the business world with very altruistic motives: to make the most awesome product possible.
Eventually, these companies may be overtaken by negative, “low vibration” CEO’s, but initially their success was achieved by “high vibration” principles. This is key.
The 4th Law in Lifestyle
I realize that this is all extremely abstract and can be difficult to comprehend, so let me use a more concrete example to help flesh things out. Let’s take the two characters Jon and Jerry—Jon is the one who usually does things the right way, and Jerry usually fucks things up.
Let’s say that they’re both 30 years old and are looking to find a sustainable job and girl to settle down with. They’re both earning around $100,000 a year at an investment firm, living in New York City.
Jerry is tired of working such long hours at work, but hey, it pays really well. So, imagine his surprise when a new boss takes over and offers him a raise—now he’s earning $250,000 a year!
“Holy shit, this is awesome!” Jerry thinks. He has to work a few extra hours a week, but hey, he doesn’t mind. Yeah, working 80 hours a week is very stressful, but he’s making a ton of money.
He starts to learn game, too. He follows my immersion guide to game, and starts going out regularly. His incredibly stressful job leads him to have a few drinks at the end of work, but ah what the hell, he can afford it, right?
Over time, his boss starts asking him to do more and more shady things—at first it wasn’t a big deal, but it’s starting to get very shady: insider trading, illegal information leaks, and more.
Jerry’s boss offers him a huge raise though, so he continues to ignore the fact that his boss is very clearly low vibration. Eventually, he meets a girl, too—she’s very sexy, but something is off.
She explodes sometimes, and seems pretty manipulative, but Jerry is just happy that he’s getting a lot of hot sex. “I’m sure she’ll settle down eventually,” he thinks. Poor, poor, Jerry. She’s bad news, my friend.
Over time, Jerry’s life begins to get worse and worse. His job becomes more stressful, which pushes him to drink even more, and his girlfriend won’t stop bitching and nagging at him.
Jerry doesn’t want to get out of the situation though, because his boss is paying him a ton of money, and his girlfriend looks like a supermodel. Then, out of nowhere, it all blows up in his face: the IRS investigates his entire company, freezing all of his assets, and his girlfriend falsely accuses him of rape to get revenge on him for whatever trumped up reason she has.
Jerry’s life is in shambles. “God dammit! Why did I not heed the warning signs?!” Jerry thinks. Too late, my friend. Too late.
Jon starts off in the same boat—he’s earning a good salary of $100,000 a year, but his job is pretty stressful. He’s considering quitting and doing something else. Yeah, he’d probably get paid less, but he’d have so much more happiness and free time.
When that new boss comes in and gives him a huge raise, Jon senses that something is off. He isn’t quite sure what, but he can tell that the guy is a little bit manipulative, maybe even a sociopath. He doesn’t act on it right away, but he tucks it away in the back of his mind.
Jon starts investing most of his money into high quality stocks, and when his boss asks him to do some sketchy shit, he resigns. “Okay,” Jon thinks. “I’ve got the next 2 months before my parachute runs out.”
He starts his own online consulting business, and even though it isn’t earning much, he’s at least making enough to get by. He also has way more free time now that he isn’t working 80 hours a week, so he starts going out and learning game.
Because he’s in a very good mood, due to working less hours and having his own company, he finds it easier to attract high quality women. A few try to use him, but he recognizes their bitchiness and instantly kicks them out of his life.
He, of course, recognizes that girls may be bitchy INITIALLY as a form of shit testing him, but that this shouldn’t continue and it shouldn’t turn into flakiness and petty game playing.
So now, after just a few months of Jon following the 4th law (getting rid of negative energy in his life) and Jerry neglecting it, let’s look at their differences:
- Jerry: more money, but he’s stressed as hell, getting fatter from drinking so much, and dealing with a nagging, bitchy girlfriend.
- Jon: less money, but really happy, in good health, has his own company, learning game, and starting to juggle a few girls that are interested in him.
Are the differences not extremely obvious? Let’s continue with the example, however, to see just how powerful following the 4th law can be.
Over time, Jon starts applying the 4th law to his clients—some of them seem off, weird, or negative, so he doesn’t pursue a contract with them. Sure, he misses out on money, but he’d rather only deal with the clients who won’t sue him or cause him unnecessary trouble.
He also applies it to the women in his life. He always asks: “Is this woman filled with negative energy? Or is she filled with positive energy?” Eventually, Jon starts to create an “ecosystem,” of sorts, where only positive things exist in his life.
Jerry, on the other hand, is getting worse and worse. Poor, poor Jerry.
By the time that Jerry is getting his assets seized by the IRS and falsely accused of rape, Jon is earning well over $5,000 a month from his own business, and he has an awesome girlfriend. Just from following the 4th law.
I could write an entire book on this concept, because it’s extremely deep…and remember, this is only ONE of the energetic laws of the universe. I hope that you’re starting to see the power of applying this rule into your life.
Remember, it all comes down to one simple guideline: eliminate low vibration jobs, food, women, and lifestyle habits, and seek out high vibration ones. It’s that simple.
Once you start to fully integrate this law into your life, you will start to see amazing things—you’ll avoid conflicts and pain that would’ve potentially crippled you, and you’ll have an abundance of joy.
