I was listening to a talk the other day, and had a major epiphany. It was given by a man who had made over $100 million in sales online, and the entire talk was about one thing: returning to the fundamentals.
Throughout your life, you will go through periods of expansion and contraction; periods of growth and recovery; periods of experimentation and stabilization. Throughout these periods, you must always remember one thing.
The fundamentals are key. Whenever you are having a problem in any area of your life, be it health, wealth, love, or happiness, it is almost always due to a lack of respect towards the fundamentals.
In fact, this concept is so damn important I’m going to be writing an epic five part post on it. So, without further ado, here’s part one.
We all waste time. It’s inevitable.
We waste time chasing women who don’t want us. We waste time on lowly jobs that aren’t going anywhere. We even waste time running away from reality, checking the latest news on our Facebook feed and keeping up with people we’ll never meet again.
But sometimes eliminating a few bad habits can have a strong effect. Sometimes, it’s not so much what you do that counts—it’s what you don’t do.
So with that in mind, here’s my top five habits to stop doing right now.
We live in a world of ever-increasing complexity. Every single day, you’re bombarded with decisions to make, chores to do, and tasks to prioritize—and most people fail miserably at this.
They choose to check their Facebook likes instead of finishing that business proposal, they choose to post a picture on Instagram instead of researching the signs of a toxic relationship, and they choose to watch Netflix above all else.
Most people are massive failures in life, but what if I told you it’s easy to be successful. Would you believe me? What if I told you that after reading this article, you can literally get TWICE as much done, in HALF the time?
Funny enough, I didn’t believe this when I first heard it, but after applying Brian Tracy’s “Focal Point” techniques into my life, I was absolutely amazed at how much I could get done, with literally half the effort.
In the 18th century, an Italian economist named Vilfredo Pareto invented what’s now known as the “Pareto Distribution.” While it was a rather esoteric concept for decades and decades, it’s recently started to become more popular with the emergence of the lifestyle design types such as Tim Ferris.
…and while I’ve certainly learned a lot from Mr. Ferris, I still don’t believe that the concept of the Pareto Distribution is fully appreciated by most men.
What if I told you that, using this “Law of 80/20,” you could effectively double your income, health, and sexual partners, while simultaneously doubling your relaxation, vacation, and recuperation time? Most men wouldn’t believe me, but this is the power of the “Pareto Distribution.”
You’ve likely heard of this so-called “Pareto Distribution,” and are probably familiar with some of the concepts relating to it, but in this article I really want to go deep and offer you a step-by-step guide to how you can improve your life, double your productivity, and double your income.
The past year has been a complete whirlwind for me.
One moment, you’re on top of the world—everything is going great. You’ve got an amazing lifestyle and great women in your life. You’re in great shape, you’re making bank, and you’re happy as could be.
And then, life hits you in the face with a fucking cinder block.
That lifestyle you enjoyed so much disappears. The women leave you. You get out of shape. You start to go into debt. Everything goes to shit.
We’ve all been there, right? Well, if this is you, bud, then you need to read this. It’s time to get your life back in order.
Generating success in one area of life is hard enough…but all of them? How can that even be possible?
How can someone have an amazing sex life, a loaded bank account, a jacked physique, and most importantly, a fulfilling lifestyle?
Well, there’s no “one thing,” that will do it…but this secret that I’m about to share with you is probably the closest thing that there is to a magic key.
I first discovered this secret when I went to a seminar on “game,” interestingly enough…the guy talked a lot about dating advice, but he also talked a lot about business and life in general. He had an 8 figure business at the time, so I decided to take notes on everything that he said.
When I first got into the dating advice world, most of what people were talking about was known as “cold approach.”
This is the idea that you learn how to approach and seduce women that you’ve never met before. Proponents of cold approach would go to night clubs and bars, night after night, and split test different openers, routines, and methods.
…and although cold approach is incredibly valuable, and will help you add new women to your social circle, there’s something that’s even more important.
It’s called building a lifestyle that women find attractive, and it will not only improve your happiness levels, but will also magnetically draw new women into your life. Here’s how:
I just finished reading The 10x Rule by Grant Cardone, and I have to say, the book has been pretty life-changing.
Like most rules of success, the book is actually incredibly simple, almost deceptively so…but the implications are extremely powerful.
The whole premise behind the book is that there’s only one difference between success and failure…one small little difference in the way you think and act.
This difference is known as the 10x Rule, and if you want to be successful, you’d best take it to heart.
It’s 3 in the morning. Central California, 1995.
Most of the city is asleep, but one man has been glued to his computer screen for the past 12 hours.
“Aren’t you going to get some sleep?” his brother asked. “No,” the man said. “This has to be done right now.”
An hour went by, two hours went by, three hours…finally at 6 in the morning, when the sunlight cracked through the curtains, this man went to sleep.
Then, he woke up 3 hours later, and started again.
This man’s name was Elon Musk, and he’s now worth over $13 billion dollars.
What’s up, guys—this is going to be a really deep blog post on how to enhance your life using upward spirals and self-amplifying feedback loops.
I go fairly in depth in the video above, talking about things like my early life, and why the rich get richer, but I thought I’d take some time to elaborate a little bit more.
See, what you’ll often find is that success breeds more success. People who succeed in one area of life, generally tend to succeed in others.
Now, obviously this isn’t always the case—there’s plenty of financially rich businessmen with emotionally poor lives, but in general, success tends to breed success. Here’s why.
