What is a oneitis? Well, whether you realize it or not, you’ve likely had one before.
A “oneitis,” as it’s called, is when you have a soul-crushing obsession over a single woman in your life.
This can take the form of a girlfriend. It can take the form of your wife. It can even take the form of a co-worker or a classmate.
Getting over a oneitis will probably be the hardest thing you ever do. That being said, I’m here to guide you through it. So without further ado, here’s the Masculine Development guide to getting over your oneitis.
Ah, how to be an asshole. Many newcomers to the seduction niche ask themselves this question every day.
Funny enough, some women do really like assholes. Sometimes they even like guys who are complete degenerates.
In my experience though, it isn’t necessarily assholes that women like. It’s “strong men” who can sometimes act like assholes.
…and that’s the key difference here. It’s not enough to just be an asshole all the time. You have to learn how to be an asshole in the right way. So here’s how.
So, you can’t stop thinking about her, huh? Yeah, we’ve all been there…
As men it can be very difficult to get over a girl. Whether she was your girlfriend, a secret crush, or even a wife, getting over a girl can be VERY difficult.
But it can be done. I know how you feel. It can be hard to stop thinking about her, whoever “she” is.
If you want to get over her though, and I believe that you do, it’s absolutely CRUCIAL that you do what I’m about to tell you.
I’ve been meaning to write a “SARMs before and after” article for a while now, and here it is. I just got finished with a 90 day cycle of Ostarine, Ligandrol, and Cardarine…and the results have been nothing short of incredible to be completely blunt.
Over the past 90 days I’ve jumped up by around 18 pounds of muscle, and lost about 7 pounds of bodyfat. So in other words I’m actually MORE muscular and MORE lean than I was before I took SARMs. For anyone trying to build muscle and lose fat at the same time, you know how big of a deal this was.
In this article I’m going to chronicle my “SARMs before and after” experience, and discuss what it was like, the dosages I took, where I got my SARMs, and anything I would’ve done differently. This is my attempt at a comprehensive SARMs before and after guide.
So, without further ado, let’s get started.
In the first article of this five part series, I addressed the fundamental principles of success. Whether you’re trying to improve your dating life, build a better physique, or earn more money, there’s a series of fundamental laws that you must follow. These articles are dedicated to those laws.
These “elusive fundamentals” are:
These laws apply to everything you do, and they are true in everything you do. If you choose to ignore them, you may succeed for some time, but your success will not be permanent. Most likely, you will fail, time and time again, until you learn and internalize these principles.
Today, I will be talking about how these fundamentals relate to earning money. Whether it’s making money from trading the markets, from selling a physical product, or from having a traditional job, you must understand and apply these principles to your life.
In the last article of this five part series, I discussed the fundamental principles of success. In everything you do, you will find that there are a few core principles which are responsible for 90% of your success. This is true in business, in dating, and in life.
Some of these “elusive fundamentals” are things like:
These fundamentals are true no matter what you do. If you want to succeed at ANYTHING, you MUST be consistent. You must be clear in your goals. You must focus on what is relevant, learn from mentors, and make small 1% improvements every single day.
Today however, I’d like to shift focus from my previous “Overview” article. I’d like to talk about how these fundamentals are specifically applicable to the most important thing in your life: your health. This encompasses physical fitness, aesthetics, strength, energy, and your overall well being.
I was listening to a talk the other day, and had a major epiphany. It was given by a man who had made over $100 million in sales online, and the entire talk was about one thing: returning to the fundamentals.
Throughout your life, you will go through periods of expansion and contraction; periods of growth and recovery; periods of experimentation and stabilization. Throughout these periods, you must always remember one thing.
The fundamentals are key. Whenever you are having a problem in any area of your life, be it health, wealth, love, or happiness, it is almost always due to a lack of respect towards the fundamentals.
In fact, this concept is so damn important I’m going to be writing an epic five part post on it. So, without further ado, here’s part one.
I’m actually at the gym right now, doing the “Strength Day” of my Body of an Alpha routine.
I usually don’t write articles on my phone when I’m at the gym, but something dawned on me as I was lifting.
You can have whatever you want in life. I don’t care what it is; riches, fame, success, happiness. You can have whatever it is that you want, if you just understand one thing.
This one thing is simple. In fact, it’s so simple that most people already know what it is…but very few people understand it’s power.
Tell me if this has ever happened to you…
You’ve been going to the gym for a while, following a great workout routine. You want to get in shape. You want to look good for the summer and for the girls.
Maybe you even bought my book “Body of an Alpha,” and you’ve been doing the routine to some great success. For whatever reason though, you just can’t seem to lift anymore. It seems like you’ve hit your “genetic potential.”
Well let me tell you, the term “genetic potential” is a crock of horse shit. You can always be better, always run faster, always jump higher, and always lift more weight…the only question is HOW? When you understand the “how” you can do almost anything.
…and that’s what I’m going to share with you today. Over the years I’ve encountered all manner of witchcraft, voodoo trickery, and fly-by-night scams, and I’ve learned to separate the facts from the bro science. So with this in mind, here’s four insider tips that I use to blast past my personal records.
Ask anyone who’s been in the game long enough…muscle isn’t built in the gym, it’s built in the kitchen. That old saying may be a cliche, but it’s absolutely true. If you’re not eating some of the best bodybuilding foods out there, then you’re robbing yourself of gains.
Going to the gym breaks your muscles down. It tears them apart, but that’s only half the battle. The other half is when you build them back up by eating well and resting long enough. Interestingly enough, most guys actually mess up HERE rather than in the actual gym.
If you want to build that lean, shredded physique that everyone so desperately wants, you need to eat right. There’s no way around this—abs are built in the kitchen, not in the gym. Without the proper nutrition, all of that hard work you spent lifting weights will just go to waste.
So with that in mind, I have a specific “go to” list for all of my favorite muscle-building foods, and I always have every single one of these in my kitchen. With that in mind, and without further ado, here’s my seven best bodybuilding foods that should ALWAYS be in your kitchen.
